The Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management makes some content free to all viewers, however to download current and prior issues of the Journal, however, you must be a subscriber.

The subscription rate is $199.99 bi-annually. This rate entitles to you to access to all issues and future issues for the two years starting on your subscription date. To subscribe, please click the PayPal button, provide your information, and you will be issued a username and password to allow you access to members-only features of this site.
Free one-issue trial subscription To qualify for a free one-issue trial subscription, you must provide your name, employer, and an e-mail address. Moreover, the user name and domain must correspond to your name and employer. For example, an address such as gxz9k34x9@yahoo.com will not qualify. The purpose of this requirement is to prevent abuse of the free subscription offer.
