Mr. Armstrong is an associate with the law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft where he specializes in structured finance transactions involving asset securitizations, derivatives and collateralized debt obligations.

Sr. e-Discovery Counsel

As Litigation and Discovery Counsel on behalf of Hewlett-Packard Company, Ms. Komagome implements best practices in traditional and electronic discovery processes in commercial, consumer class actions, antitrust and intellectual property litigation. Her expertise is developing strategic processes for effective, defensible, and cost efficient discovery management, with an emphasis on electronic discovery, in multi-jurisdictional litigation.
