Dr. Sylvia Kierkegaard is author and editor of numerous articles, law books and journals. She is recipient of 2 journalism awards, is in editorial board of 9 international journals and a program committee member of international conferences and organisations. She is president of the International Association of IT Lawyers (IAITL). She finished several postgraduate educations (law, theology, international business) with distinction in England, Netherlands, USA, Denmark and Manila.
Dr. Kierkegaard has also done consulting work in many jurisdictions Her areas of expertise include among others, comparative contract law, computer law, human rights and intellectual property rights law, knowledge management and the Hebraic background of the Christian gospel. She has delivered workshops, seminars and lectures around the world on all of these policy topics.
She has also done consulting work in many jurisdictions and also supervises students in the Masters program.
