Dr. Giuseppina D’Agostino – Managing Editor

Dr. Giuseppina (Pina) D’Agostino received her D.Phil. from Oxford University and as well as her MSt in Law (with distinction). She is a Barrister & Solicitor (Law Society of Upper Canada); LLB (Osgoode Hall Law School, Canada); Hon BA in English and Political Science double-major (York University, Canada) summa cum laude. She is a founding member of Oxford’s Electronic Database of Intellectual Property (EDIP), founding member of the Oxford IP Discussion Group, chair of the OIPRC Mock Trial 2002-4, co-chair of the Oxford Intellectual Property Moot 2003, and member of the legal drafting team for the UK Creative Commons Licence. Recently, Pina has been recruited as a Senior Policy Analyst by the federal government of Canada to work on domestic and international copyright reform matters.
