Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management

The Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management provides a public peer-reviewed professional forum for the open discussion and education of legal professionals concerning the legal issues businesses and governments face in the use of information technology as an enabling infrastructure. The LTRM articles are written by both academic and legal practitioners and focus on legal risk ratios respective to digital driven technologies.

The Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management (ISSN 1932-5584) is published twice per year by top legal professionals and scholars from the law, technology, and business industries. The views expressed in the Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management Policy are those of the authors and not necessarily of the Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management or the Lexeprint Inc — the publishing company.

The Journal of Legal Technology Risk Management seeks to publish articles making original contributions in the field of public policy. The Journal accepts both articles and compelling essays for publication that are related to the expansive topics of technology, law, and business risk management. Manuscripts must contain an abstract describing the article or essay which will be edited and used for publication on the website and in CD-ROM format. The Journal welcomes submissions from legal scholars, technologists, mathematicians, analysts, academics, policy makers, practitioners, lawyers, judges and social scientists.
